At MAIANBAH, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a specified threshold. Please check our website for current promotions.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery timeframes vary by location:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our carrier’s website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. MAIANBAH is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hola@maianbah.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hola@maianbah.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
