Return Policy

We want you to love every MAIANBAH piece. If something isn’t right, we make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for full-price items. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all swing tags and labels still attached.
How to Return
To begin a return:
- Email us at hola@maianbah.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation and instructions
- Pack your item(s) securely and include your order confirmation inside the parcel
- Ship your return using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. For assistance, contact us at hola@maianbah.com.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we are happy to offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any full-price item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale or heavily discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items returned without prior authorisation
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of our return policy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy where a product:
- Has a major fault
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Does not match its description
- Is not of acceptable quality
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, MAIANBAH will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
