At MAIANBAH, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

Full-Price Items

We offer exchanges or store credit for full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and labels remain attached
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, and Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Exchange may be offered subject to stock availability.

How to Request a Return

To request an exchange or store credit, please email hola@maianbah.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy where a product:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not match its description
  • Is not of acceptable quality

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, MAIANBAH will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
